The Workplace Checking account is only available to employees of participating business customers. All accounts are subject to approval.
1 A Direct Deposit is the electronic deposit of your salary, pension, Social Security or other regular monthly income by your employer or another agency. Transfers from one account to another and deposits made at a branch or ATM are not considered Direct Deposits.
2 A $2 credit is applied each month you are registered for these services and only if you do not meet the Direct Deposit requirement.
3 When you apply for a check card, credit card, or other credit product, we will base the approval on a review of your personal credit report and score.
4 Use of Mobile Banking requires your mobile service provider’s data and/or text plan, for which charges may apply.
5 Fees apply to same-day and overnight Bill Pay requests.
6 We will refund the per transaction fee charged for the withdrawal at a non-Synovus Bank ATM up to three times per statement cycle. In addition, we will refund the ATM surcharge fee assessed by an ATM owner up to three times per statement cycle.
